Function introduction

Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester is suitable for testing the bursting strength (pressure) and expansibility of knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, leather and geosynthetic materials.This instrument uses a high precision pneumatic system to provide the compressed gas to the sample and extend the sample to the explosive point.The burst strength of pneumatic fabric conforms to the requirements of GB/T7742.2 and ASTM D 3786.

Ensure safe operation according to the considerations listed below.

1.External security isolation switch: connect the power cord through the isolation switch mounted on the wall (the isolation switch is provided by the customer) and properly linked to a slow fuse.The isolation switch should be within the operator's line of sight and as close to the instrument as possible to facilitate operation.

2.Safety cover: ensure the safety cover is installed before the test and prevent the hand from being injured during the experiment.

3.Air pump starts preheating: turn on the air pump and run for 5 minutes. After the gas filling of the booster valve is full, the machine can be tested normally without the sound of the pressure valve working.
