Test principle

The cup method (also known as weighing method) is to calculate the water vapor transmittance of the sample by measuring the change of the mass of the permeable cup with the permeability time. According to the increase or decrease of the quality of the hygroscopic glass, the principle can be divided into the weight increasing method and the weight reducing method. The two test methods are to separate the internal and external environment of the hygroscopic glass through the clamped sample, so that two kinds of different humidity can be formed on both sides of the sample. The test process

(1) the cutting sample

Six specimens with a diameter of 74mm were cut from the sample surface with a sampler.

(2) sample loading

A certain amount of distilled water is added to each moisture permeable cup, and then the sealing gasket, sample and sealing ring are put in turn, and clamped with the moisture permeable cup cover.

(3) test

Open the cover of the equipment cavity, place the 6 moisture permeable cups with the samples on the moisture permeable cup holder in turn, and close the cover of the equipment cavity. Set the sample name, test temperature, humidity, test mode and other parameter information on the control software, and click the test option to start the test. The equipment can automatically control the test conditions according to the set parameters, and automatically weigh intermittently. The test results of mass and water vapor transmittance of each glass can be inquired in real time.
