Characteristics of compact spinning technology

Compact spinning is a new type of spinning technology for spinning on improved new ring spinning machines.In the original ring spinning, the cotton bundle coming out from the front roller will have a twisting triangle area, with uncontrolled fibers and more hairiness. Modern spinning adds a set of suction devices to the front roller or adds a pair of small ones. Roller and other technologies, the yarn produced is called compact spinning, the main advantage of less strong hairiness. What are the other characteristics of compact spinning testing technology?


1. The yarn quality is obviously improved.

Compared with ring-spun yarns, compact yarns have a marked reduction in hairiness, especially when the hairiness is more than 3mm; the single yarn strength and elongation are greatly improved; and it is more wear-resistant.


2. Productivity has improved.

Due to the strong increase, the yarn twist can be appropriately reduced and the yarn yield can be increased; or a single yarn can be used instead of the traditional double strand yarn, and the ordinary yarn can be used instead of the combed yarn.


3. The quality of the fabric is improved.

The compact yarns have less hairiness, and the fibers are arranged in parallel, with good dyeability, and the printed pattern is clearer. Since the twist of the yarn can be reduced, the fabric has soft hand feeling, good drape, and more comfortable wearing.


4. Improve economic efficiency.

Due to the improvement of yarn quality, the price of compact spinning yarns of the same yarn branch can be 20-30% higher than that of ring-spun yarns. The reduction of fly waste can reduce raw material consumption and lower production costs.


5. Provides good conditions for subsequent processing.


The enhanced strength of the compact yarn can reduce the yarn breakage of the downstream process such as winding, warping, weaving, knitting, etc., and improve the production efficiency; the process of sizing, singeing, etc. can be completely or partially eliminated; because of less hairiness, it is not easy to clog Mesh, better printing effect.
