Operation flow of thermal resistance tester

1. Click SET to enter the setting interface.At the beginning, choose standard, warm-up time 1200, test time 1800.

The sample thickness and unit volume weight are input into the panel according to different samples and different data.Do not adjust the batch.

Enter the test interface, and the running state will show that it is warming up.

2. Wait for the above state to automatically jump to standby state, click start, the machine will run, do not need to put the sample, blank experiment, the test time will go, go after 1800 seconds beep, blank experiment is over.Blank experiment is mainly used to determine the thermal resistance value of the heating plate, which data will be used in the later report.

3. We use hand click on sample preheating of three radio buttons, and then click start, preheating time will start beating (main effect is preheating, make sample and plate is heated to standard temperature, prevent error), we have just set the preheating time is 1200 seconds, when the machine preheating time of 1200 seconds, it will automatically jump to experiment with samples, test time starts at the same time, when testing time of 1800 seconds, machine beeping, the end of the test.

4. Blank experiment should be conducted every time after starting up.If you conduct multiple experiments on the same sample, as long as a preheating experiment, in the second experiment can be conducted in the sample state, directly click start.If you have multiple different samples, you will need to preheat multiple samples to prevent errors.

5. After the experiment, enter the report interface. Rc t represents the thermal resistance of the heating plate and the sample, RCF represents the thermal resistance of the heating plate, and RCPB represents the thermal resistance of the sample.
