According to China National textile products basic safety technical specifications carried out since 2005, based on the safety technology category, the apparel is segmented into A, B, C.

A category: Highest requirement, the clothing is able to be worn by infant.

B category: The clothing which is able to touch skin directly

C category: The clothing which is indirectly touch skin

This specification compulsive demand all of clothing for under 3 years old children(or below 100cm) have to meet the category A, otherwise, it’s prohibited to produce, sale and import. And the maximum difference is formaldehyde standard. The formaldehyde content for category A should be or less than 20mg/kg.
