Testing principle:

Using the principle of differential pressure test, the prepared sample is placed between the upper and lower test Chambers and clamped.Firstly, the low-pressure chamber (lower chamber) is vacuumed, and then the whole system is vacuumed.When the specified vacuum degree is reached, close the lower chamber of the test, fill the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) with a certain pressure of the test gas, and ensure that a constant pressure difference (adjustable) is formed on both sides of the sample;In this way, the gas will permeate from the high pressure side to the low pressure side under the action of the pressure gradient. Through the monitoring and treatment of the pressure inside the low pressure side, the barrier parameters of the tested samples will be obtained.
