The pneumatic fabric bursting strength tester is used to detect the bursting of textiles: woven, knitted, non-woven fabrics, paper or sheets, non-woven fabrics, paper, plastics, cardboard, packaging materials, films or sheets and medical products. Strength and height. It is an indispensable equipment for testing the bursting strength of paper, corrugated cardboard and textiles.
Test principle:
The sample is clamped on the extensible diaphragm through a circular holder, and gas pressure is applied under the diaphragm to expand the diaphragm and the sample. The pressure is increased at a constant speed until the sample ruptures, and the burst is measured. Strength and burst expansion.
Instrument features:
A. Comply with the maximum test area of 100cm2.
B. The clamping force is uniform and can be applied to clamping various materials in all directions.
C. Support online communication.
D. The experimental area can be replaced to suit the requirements of different standards.
E. Can store 50 custom standards.
F. The test results are richly expressed such as: bursting strength, bursting strength, diaphragm pressure, bursting height, bursting time; it is convenient for quality control personnel to fully understand the bursting performance of the sample.
G.The safety shield automatically detects and can automatically correct and eliminate the influence of the film itself on the results.
Technical Parameters:
A. Pressurization method: air pressure method
B. Measuring range: 0-1000kPa, accuracy: 0.2%
C. Lower clamp ring: 7.3cm 7.8cm 10cm 50cm 100cm
D. Maximum expansion: 70±0.02mm
E. Pressurization rate: 1-100kPa/min, speed adjustable
F. Output form: print output, display output, real-time color graphic display
G. Power supply: AC220V 50Hz 2000W
