The digital fabric bursting strength meter uses hydraulic blasting (elastic diaphragm method) to measure the expansion of woven, knitted, non-woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, paper, plates and other materials when they are stressed simultaneously in warp, weft and all directions. force and expansion.
Applicable standards:
ASTMD3786, ERT80-4-20, GB/I7742.1, BSENISO13938-1, BS3424-6-B, ISO3303-B, ISO2758, ISO3303.2, ISO3689,JISL1018L1093, IWSTM170
The main parameters:
A. Measuring range: (full scale 1%~100%) measuring range up to 6.000Mpa, graduation value 0.002Mpa;
B. Elastic diaphragm size: outer diameter Φ80mm, thickness 0.9±0.1mm;
C. Test cup set: Ф112.8mm±0.2mm, Ф79.8±0.2mm, Ф35.7±0.2mm, Ф31.5±0.2mm, Ф30.5±0.2mm, 030±0.2mm;
D.Burst height: 70±0.02mm;
E. Burst time: 99.9±0.1S;
F. Hydraulic oil: 85% glycerin, 15% distilled water.
Experimental steps:
1. Sample selection
Randomly select 8 samples with different compositions and organizational structures, test the bursting strength of each sample 10 times, and analyze and compare the average of their results.
2.Test method
Different equipment and different test methods are selected, and the bursting strength results of the samples are also different. GB/T7742.1-2005 stipulates that the bursting time can be (20±5)s; the test area is 50cm2, and other test areas such as 100cm2, 10cm2, 7.3cm2 can also be used. Three different test areas are used to test the same The samples were tested, and the influence of the test area on the bursting performance of the fabric was explored.
3.Test results
Analysis shows that in the hydraulic bursting test, the test area under the same conditions has a great influence on the bursting strength value. Generally speaking, the smaller the test area, the greater the bursting strength value. The bursting strength value obtained by using a test area of 7.3cm2 is about three times that of a test area of 50cm2. Therefore, it is necessary to indicate the test area when performing a burst test.
