Possible causes: fuse or transformer burns out (note whether the power switch is turned on)

2. Five light sources are not bright for one group of color light boxes, and the rest are normal

Possible reasons: when the key light is on, the relay switch sound is normal, so the ballast is broken; when the key light is not on, the relay does not sound, so the key or relay circuit board is broken.

3. One of the tubes in the same group of color light boxes with five light sources is not bright, and the rest is normal

Possible reasons: replace with a good tube, if the light is sure that the original tube is broken, if not the ballast is broken.

4. Five light sources turn ON/OFF the power supply to the color light box, one set of light tubes is always ON, and the relay noise is small, the rest of the operation does not respond.

Possible cause: relay damage

5. Other operations of the five-light source color light box are normal, and the number appears in the display window is out of order

Possible reasons: relay circuit board is bad, decoding IC is bad

6. Five light sources are opposite to the color light box. When the light box is in operation, press a certain key and the light will turn ON

Possible causes: keypad short circuit or relay switch board circuit short circuit

7. All the lights in the five-light source color light box are not on, and the display window has lights but no words

Possible reasons: relay circuit board is bad, may IC bad or crystal vibration bad

8. Five light sources press the color light box once, the relay rings twice, and the light flashes and goes out

Possible causes: bad keypad or bad relay

9, five light on the color light box with adjustable light box, the light is bright but can not adjust the brightness

Possible cause: malfunctioning adjustable resistor (potentiometer) or ballast

10, five light on the same position of the color light box often burning tube

Possible reasons: the output current of ballast is unstable, and the circuit board may be defective, but the probability is small.
