It is the bayberry season again. In order to fully relax the team's psychology and combine work and rest after work, UTSTESTER's International Business Department organized an outdoor team-building activity - picking bayberry.

Longhai District is the famous bayberry base in Zhangzhou. Every May and June, the small road near the road on the hilltop becomes a beautiful scenery. Many fruit vendors stalls on the roadside are filled with baskets of purple bayberries.

Bayberry has the reputation of "agate among fruits". It is rich in nutrients and has the functions of easing stomach digestion, relieving summer heat and stopping diarrhea. The sour and sweet juice "bomb" is the favorite of colleagues in early summer.

After arriving at the destination, we climbed a section of the mountain road and saw the mountains full of red. Bayberry trees hung on the branches, some red and some purple, dotted with a few touches of green. The sweet and sour breeze filled the tip of the nose with the sweetness of bayberries. The "looking at plums to quench thirst" seemed to no longer exist at this moment. As soon as the colleagues arrived at the designated picking area, they eagerly started eating and picking.

"It's so sweet!" our colleague said. "Go to the tree to pick, the purple ones are the sweetest!" "These bayberries are so ripe that they fall off as soon as you touch them!" Regardless of the heat, they chose the ones they were most satisfied with. The picking points have begun to take action.

The scorching sun above their heads seemed to have ignited their passion. With a pair of nimble hands, the purple bayberry fell from the tree into everyone's basket. At this moment, the pressure of work disappeared, leaving only comfort and fun. , talking and laughing among various departments, enjoying the sour and sweet bayberry, and at the same time shortening the distance between each other.

In just one hour, everyone harvested a lots of the fruits. Each bayberry was bright in color, plump in flesh, sweet and sour to the palate. Everyone laughed happily and returned home with heavy fruit baskets. A small team building allowed everyone to go into nature and enjoy the fun of picking bayberries by themselves, which relieved the pressure of daily work and fully relaxed the body and mind. It shortens the distance between colleagues and improves team cohesion.
