Tie-Dye Craft Reunion at UTSTESTER Inc.

Recently, UTSTESTER organised a group building activity - experiencing the traditional tie-dye technique, which enriched the cultural life of the staff, enhanced the teamwork ability, and at the same time contributed to the inheritance and promotion of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

At the activity site, the professional tie-dye teacher firstly introduced the historical origin, craft characteristics and basic operation methods of tie-dye in detail. As a traditional and unique dyeing process in China, tie-dye's colourful and ever-changing artistic charm made the employees marvel and inspired their strong passion for creation.

Under the guidance of the teacher, the partners put their hands into practice, making creative designs by folding, bundling and pinching white fabrics, and then dipping them into the carefully blended dyes. With the penetration and staining of the dyes, a unique piece of tie-dye work gradually appeared, each piece of work contains the staff's whimsical ideas and unique understanding of beauty, the scene atmosphere was warm and cheerful.

Throughout the process of tie-dyeing, the partners communicated and collaborated with each other to solve the problems encountered. From the initial design conception, to knotting the fabric, to dyeing and final drying display, everyone gave full play to the wisdom of the team, which not only enhanced the relationship between each other, but also cultivated the team's tacit understanding and spirit of cooperation.

The successful holding of this tie-dye craft group building activity not only allowed the staff to relax after busy work and appreciate the profoundness of traditional culture, but also enhanced the team's cohesion and centripetal force.
