ICI Mace Snag Tester M024B

M024B ICI Mace Snag Tester is designed to test the snagging resistance property for knitted fabric and other easy to be snagged textiles. The instrument should comes with a pilling assessment cabinet and standard photographs.

KEY SPECIFICATIONS

PRINCIPLE

Make the nail hammers (which hanged with chain) get around the guide rod and put onto the surface of samples(which have been entangle on the tumbler).

After tumbler rotated at constant speed and specified times, take down samples, put onto pilling assessment box and compare with rating card to assess the grade.(See the photo at right side)

ASTM D3939, GB 11047, JIS L 1058, VDA 230-220 

1.Two and Four test stations available.

2.Viewing assessment cabinet needed.

3.Standard photographs needed.

4.Pre-mounted felt sleeves included.

5.Rotating cycle number can be preset. Machine will stop automatically when rotating cycles reached.
