2019-05-06

Application: this product is suitable for rubber, plastic, artificial leather, wire, cable, insulator or coated rubber test piece and other synthetic products to test the aging, elongation and tensile strength of the material and compare the tensile strength and elongation of the test piece before and after aging.The machine adopts hot air circulation to promote the aging of test pieces, and the inner box has strong airtightness.

Structure and characteristics of high temperature aging box:

1. The large observation window is equipped with a light to keep the box bright, and the tempered glass is used to clearly observe the status of the box at any time;

2. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans that can operate continuously under high temperature and special air ducts, and the temperature in the working room is even;

3. Aging box device is equipped with low speed rotary table;

4. The box insulation is made of ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss;

5. There is a 50mm test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external test power line or signal line;

6. The time and frequency of ventilation can be set arbitrarily;

7. Control precision, plus or minus 0.1 ℃;

8. Temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance

9. Key input, digital display;

10. The automatic calculation function of p. i. D can reduce the inconvenience caused by manual setting;

11. During operation or setting, warning signals will be provided in case of errors;

12. The machine USES hot air circulation to promote the aging of test pieces, and the inner box is highly airtight;

13. It is equipped with air device for changing the inner box and automatic cut-off protection device for over temperature.

High temperature aging box common failure solutions and daily maintenance

1. Find out whether the applied voltage is consistent.(AC220V, 7KW) into the test sample.

2.When the "POWER" button is turned on, the POWER supply will be on when the POWER indicator is on, and then set the temperature controller according to the required temperature adjustment. For detailed temperature operation, please refer to the PID temperature controller operation instructions.

3. Air change adjustment method: open the vent and air inlet (air change control valve) to the appropriate position (low temperature, large hole;High temperature, the opposite.In case of more than one air change, please fully open the vent, the air change regulating valve clockwise to open, counterclockwise to close (left to close, right to open).The air change switch should be opened only when the number of air changes is large. Generally speaking, it is enough to open the vent and air inlet (air change control valve) to the proper position.

4. The PV display temperature is the actual measured temperature.SV display temperature is the set temperature.

5.Turn on the timing switch, adjust the test time, close the door, the operation will automatically stop after the time

6.Air volume calculation formula N=3590 (p1-p2) /V*d* delta T

N- air change (times/hour)

P1- average electrical power consumed when the air passage is opened (W);

P2- average electrical power consumed when the air passage is closed (W);

△T - the difference between the arithmetic mean of the temperature in the cabinet and the environment temperature (℃);

△V- studio volume (L);

D - air density at ambient temperature (g/L).

The expansion and contraction of a gas is the most obvious.A gas is also easily compressed.Therefore, the density of a gas is most affected by temperature and pressure. When you say the density of a gas, you must specify the conditions (temperature and pressure).The temperature rise per 1 ℃, the air density decreased 0.000042 grams per cubic centimeter.

0 to 0 ℃.001293 grams per cubic centimeter 10 to 0 ℃.001,247 grams per cubic centimeter.

When 20 ℃ to 0.001205 grams per cubic centimeter at 30 ℃ to 0.001165 grams per cubic centimeter.
