The function of tension machine
  • 2018-08-13 10:00:08

Tensile machine often call it the material testing machine, power machine, pulling machine, is the determination of metal materials in various conditions, environment, non-metallic materials, machinery parts, engineering structure, such as mechanical properties, process performance, rotating parts of internal defects and verify the dynamic unbalance of precision testing instruments.

Nowadays, tension machines are more and more widely used by people. The reason for this is that the equipment has good effect and satisfies people's demand for high-quality products.

1. Application of tension machine in automobile industry:

The tension machine has display test force, peak value, displacement, speed, test state, test curve, etc. It has the functions of limiting position, overloading automatic protection, sample breaking automatic stop, etc. Usually, there are many auto parts, such as rubber products on cars, including floor glue and rubber on electronic components. Key components on rubber products, such as brake tubes, brake leather bowls, brake pads, seals, etc., all need to use a powerful machine to measure their safety. At the same time, a powerful machine is widely used in rubber, plastic, fabric, waterproof materials, wire and cable, net twine, metal wire, metal rods, the material such as metal plate tensile test, increase can be supported by compression, bending, ring stiffness test.

2. The role of tension machine in packaging and paper industry:

The tension machine can measure the tensile and compressive strength of paper and board. The test of mechanical properties is an important basis for judging whether it is suitable for a particular application. In printing, the tensile strength and elongation of sheet or reel paper must meet the requirements of customers. The tensile fracture strength of paper and paperboard, as well as the breaking load and elongation, including the breaking strength, the breaking length, the tensile breaking load and the anti-cracking coefficient, are all the important objects to be investigated.
