Folding resistance
Test standard:
GB/T 3903.1-2008
Experimental principle:
Put the finished shoe on the folding endurance test machine, and perform a flexure test at a certain angle and frequency to observe the changes of the sample, including whether the glue is opened, whether there are new cracks and the length of the crack.
experiment procedure:
A foldable shoe last is installed on the finished shoe, and the sample is clamped in the holder, and the flexural part of the metatarsophalangeal joint on the sole surface coincides with the movable axis of the holder. Adjust the testing machine to the specified angle and set the number of tests. After the test, observe and measure the damage of the sample.
Wear resistance
Test standard:
GB/T 3903.2-2008
Experimental principle:
Use a toothed metal grinding wheel to press vertically on the sole of the sample, and wear the sole with a certain load, a certain speed, and a certain time. Test the wear resistance of the flat part of the heel of the sole. If there is no flat part, it needs to be polished to flat before carrying out the wear test. Grind two places on each shoe or sole, and re-grind if trapezoidal wear marks appear. The test results use the wear scar length of the wear part of the sole to characterize the wear resistance of the sole. (Pressure 500g, speed: 191±5r/min, wear time 20min)
