GB4085-2015 was implemented on August 1, 2016. It is a test method for "semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride block flooring". This standard specifies the terminology of semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride block flooring (hereinafter referred to as the floor). and definitions, classifications, grades and markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage. Taber abrasion resistance tester can be used to test the abrasion resistance of semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride block flooring.

The main parameters:

1. Test piece: outer diameter φ108mm, inner diameter φ6mm;

2. Grinding wheel: 02" (MAX.52mm) 1/2"(W);

3. Grinding wheel center distance: 63.5mm;

4. Center distance between grinding wheel and test plate: 37-38mm;

5. Rotation speed: 60/72 rpm;

6. Load: 250g, 750g, 1000g;

7. Counter: LCD display, 0-999999, automatic shutdown;

8. The distance between the test piece and the dust collector: 3mm.

Parts composition:

1. Horizontal rotating test bench: the diameter is greater than 105mm, the upper surface is horizontal, and the test piece can be placed. The test bench can rotate around the central axis with a rotation speed of 60±2rpm.

2. Two cylindrical grinding wheels wrapped with leather sheets: The grinding wheels are made of metal or hard plastic, with a diameter of 42mm and a width of 12.7mm, and can rotate freely around a fixed axis. The leather piece wrapped on the grinding wheel is about 13mm wide and 4mm~5mm thick. Place a steel ball with a diameter of 10mm on the leather and apply a load of (10±0.1)N. After 30s, the leather piece should have a residual depression of 0.3mm~0.5mm. The grinding wheel wrapping the leather piece is used for the first time. It is necessary to use 240-grit sandpaper for 500 revolutions before polishing. The two grinding wheels can form a circular track on the surface of the test piece, with an area of about 3000mm2. When the diameter of the grinding wheel wrapping the leather piece is less than 44.4mm, the grinding wheel should be replaced.

3. Rotation counter: After reaching the set number of rotations, the rotating platform can automatically stop rotating.

4. Container: The upper end is open and can hold at least 200g of abrasive. The bottom of the container is equipped with a height-adjustable falling sand pipe. The bottom of the falling sand pipe is (10±3) mm away from the surface of the specimen and can be closed quickly.

5. Vacuum cleaner: can absorb abrasives and ground particles.
