Installation technique of electronic universal test machine extensometer
  • 2019-10-28 18:15:11

Electronic universal testing machine adopts microcomputer control digital broadband electro-hydraulic servo valve, drive precision hydraulic cylinder, microcomputer control system on the test force, displacement and deformation for a variety of modes of automatic control, complete the specimen tensile, compression, bending test, the character of national standard GB/T228-2010 "metallic materials tensile testing at" requirements and other requirements.

Extensometer is an instrument that measures the linear deformation between two points of a component and other objects. In use there are a lot of people reaction extensometer clamp is not tight, is there a quality problem, in fact, is not the quality of the extensometer, but the use of the problem.

During the loading and stretching time, gently pick up the extenometer, clip the spacer between the lever arm and the pole, press the two lever arms so that the two blades are in vertical contact with the sample, tie the spacer on the sample with a spring or rubber band, take out the spacer after loading, and maintain a gap of 0.5mm between the lever arm and the spacer bar.

Notes:

1. Universal testing machine must be checked before the test to avoid damage to the extensometer.

2. Protect the electronic extensometer, do not touch it, and keep the blade sharp.

3. Do not take off the screws at both ends of the gauge bar, in case of unlimited opening of both arms, causing strain gauge deformation and damage to the extenometer.

In addition, the electronic universal testing machine fixture in the clamping sample will occur an initial force, so, must be the initial force to eliminate after clamping extensometer, so the extensometer clamping distance is the sample in the original state of the original standard distance.
