Melt-blown non-woven fabrics are mainly used to filter micron-level particles such as dust, microorganisms and haze, which can be called the "heart" of masks.By polypropylene microfiber random distribution bonding together, the appearance of white, smooth, soft, fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 micron, the random distribution of fiber provides more opportunities for thermal bonding between fibers, so that the melt blown gas filter material has a larger specific surface area, higher porosity (≥75%).After high voltage electret electrostatic treatment, it has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency and high dust tolerance.

(1) Appearance quality detection: cloth surface appearance, hole, impurities, odor, micro hole, crystal point, frit, rigid wire, unreinforced area, thin mesh, width deviation, color difference, joint quality

(2) Internal quality detection: mass deviation rate per unit area, longitudinal fracture strength, transverse fracture strength, elongation at break, hydrostatic pressure and air permeability.

(3) Detection of microbial indicators: total number of bacterial colonies, total number of fungal colonies, coliform groups, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria.
