UV aging box used to simulate the light environment of the machine
  • 2023-04-12 20:31:20

The UV aging box is mainly used to simulate outdoor ultraviolet radiation, and is used for UV resistance performance testing of plastics, rubber, paints, plastic products, clothing and other materials. It can also be used for UV resistance performance testing of waterproof materials, preservatives, anti-corrosion agents, UV-resistant materials, and aging testing of electronic components.

The working principle of the UV aging box is to use ultraviolet rays to age samples, thereby simulating the aging effect in actual use. The interior of the UV aging box is equipped with a light source that emits ultraviolet rays. When the sample is placed in the UV aging box, the light source will emit ultraviolet rays with three different wavelengths of UVA, UVB and UVC. These wavelengths will have different effects on the sample, so as to achieve Simulate the aging effect in actual use. If you want to do experiments without taking the usual path, you can use a new type of UV aging box for experiments. The new UV aging box uses an advanced LED light source, which can generate a large number of UVA, UVB, and UVC wavelength spectra at low power consumption; in addition, the new UV aging box also has a unique design of circulating airflow, which can effectively transfer samples The surrounding air circulates and ensures its balance.

Features of UV aging box

1. It has good durability and reliability, and can resist high-intensity ultraviolet radiation.

2. The interior uses advanced air distribution technology to ensure the uniformity of internal temperature and humidity.

3. The frequency conversion speed regulation technology is adopted, so that the UV aging box can be adjusted according to the experimental requirements.

4. Using advanced optical design, the UV aging chamber can effectively absorb and reflect ultraviolet rays.

The experimental steps of using the UV aging box are as follows

1. Check whether the inside of the UV aging box is clean and free of debris.

2. Adjust the parameters inside the UV aging chamber (such as time, power, airflow distribution, optical design, heating/cooling device) according to the experimental requirements.

3. Put the samples or materials into the UV aging box one by one for experiment.

4. During the experiment, pay attention to monitor whether there is any abnormality in the sample or material.

5. After the experiment is completed, take the sample or material out of the UV aging box in time and check whether its physical properties have changed.
