What is a hygroscopic quick drying garment?

First of all, the hygroscopic and quick-drying clothing refers to the functional clothing that can quickly absorb the sweat after the human body generates a large amount of sweat during strenuous exercise, and then transmit it to the outer surface of the fabric for rapid evaporation, so as to keep the body dry and comfortable. The evaluation index of this kind of clothing mainly includes three functions: moisture absorption, perspiration and quick drying.

The test principle of

The absorbability of the fabric to liquid sweat was characterized by water absorption rate, dripping diffusion time and core absorption height.

The moisture evaporation rate and moisture permeability of fabric under specified air condition are used to indicate the quick-drying type of fabric under liquid sweat condition.

There are technical requirements for textile products in terms of water absorption rate, drip diffusion time, water evaporation rate and evaporation time, core absorption height and moisture permeability. According to Table 1 and Table 2, the hygmoscopic and quick drying performance of the product is evaluated. If all indicators of the product before and after washing meet the technical requirements, it can be clearly defined as the hygmoscopic and quick drying product.

The test principle

The fabric sample is placed horizontally. After the test liquid contacts with the immersion surface, liquid water will spread along the immersion surface of the fabric and transfer from the immersion surface of the fabric to the infiltration surface.

At the same time, it diffuses on the permeable surface of the fabric, and the change process of water content is a function of time. When the sample is dipped into the water surface and the test solution is dropped, the dynamic transfer status of liquid water is measured by using the sensor in close contact with the sample, and a series of performance indexes are calculated, so as to evaluate the moisture absorption and quick drying ability and moisture absorption and perspiration ability of the textile.

The textile has the technical requirements of water absorption rate, liquid water diffusion rate and unidirectional transfer index. The textile is rated according to Table 3 below, and the hypersonic drying property of the product is evaluated according to Table 4. If the indicators of the product before and after washing all meet the technical requirements, it can be clearly defined as the hypersonic drying product.
