Application of tensile testing machine in reproduction process

The tensile testing machine is an instrument that can provide upward and downward adjustable speed motion. Cooperating with a force sensor and a microcomputer or computer, it can test rubber, plastics, films, textiles, fibers, polymer materials, composite materials, safety belts, tapes, and alloy materials. It is an instrument for testing tensile, compression, bending, tearing, 90° peeling, pull-out force, elongation and other tests on non-metallic and metallic materials.

1. Discussion

We need to examine existing materials and obtain their accurate characteristics through inspection. When given a project, we can select the most appropriate materials. Material scientists also need to test the materials when developing new materials and measure the development status of new materials through a series of data.

2. Control product quality during data production

In material industry manufacturing, materials are inspected to ensure that the product is produced as expected. When material quality control fails, the cause of the defect can be quickly found and an accurate and reasonable solution to the problem can be formulated.

3. Evaluate performance in practical applications

When engineers design a product, they want to know that the product they design will perform well. Based on product models and prototypes, material selection characteristics and personal experience, the tensile testing machine can measure the produced products on the assembly line to estimate whether the planned product will perform well in practical applications.

4. Assess data life cycle

Through repeated testing of materials through experimental equipment, the test results can be used to estimate how long the materials can work normally in various environments during practical use.
