Accessibility Probe A.B Manual
Simulate finger safety tester
Simulate finger safety tester hold the probe with joints to the parts of the toys, if the probe contacts with the parts, those parts are considered to be touched. The probe adopts rigid material. All the tolerances are±0.1mm, excluding±1mm of f and g. See fig.1 and table 1.

TEST PROCEDURE
Dismantle all the applied parts that not needed by design.
Note 1
1.All the parts that can be dismantled by the tools which are equipped with as using a toy should be broken up to test.
2.As described below, hole the probe with joints to touch the toy or its parts.
3.If necessary, the probe can be rotated around a pivot in order to contact with the test part.
Note 2
1.If the test part is the sharp point adjacent to the plane, and the gap between the plane and sharp point is 0.5 or less, this sharp point is confirmed can not be touched. So the procedure of (b) is no need.
2.If the size of any hole, notch, or other opening is smaller than the diameter of the sleeve, the probe as the largest also can only be inserted into the sleeve bottom as measuring the inserting depth.
Note 3
The smaller size of opening is largest diameter that can get through the opening.
Note 4
1.In order to simulate finger, every probe can be rotated to 90.
2.If the smaller size of any hole, notch, or other opening is between the diameter of sleeve and 187mm as using the probe A. Or as using probe B, the smaller size is between the sleeve diameter and 230mm. The largest inserted depth including the extended part can not be over the 2.25 times of the smaller size of holes, notch, or any opening as inserting the probe into any point of the opening plane.
Note 5
1.In order to simulate finger, every probe can be rotated to 90°.
2.When use probe A, the smaller size of any hole, notch, or other opening is 187mm or over it, or using B the smaller size is 230mm or over it, the inserting depth is not limited, unless the probe touches other holes, notches, openings after the former hole, notch or opening, if the size conforms to a) and b), test according to the procedure of a) and b).
3.If use two probes A and B, the inserting depth is not be limited as the size is 187mm or over it.
4.Observe whether the parts of toys can touch any former part of the probe sleeve.
