M012 Spray Rating Tester is to determine the surface wetting resistance(spray rating) of fabrics which has or has not been processed with water resistance. Whole set is in stainless steel material which is rust-proof and durable. And equipped with high precision spray nozzle to ensure water flow meet with the standards.

Principle
Put sample at 45° and under nozzle distance 150mm position. Spray a certain amount of water from spray head to spray on the surface of samples, so as to make sample to be wet.
The appearance of the specimen is compared against an optional photographic rating chart (AATCC) to assess its waterproof property.
