For use in determining the rain resistance of rainproof clothing using a static mannequin exposed to artificial rainwater. Suitable for testing jackets, trousers, coats and one or two piece suits.

Not suitable for testing a garment's resistance to other weather conditions, such as snow, hail, or strong winds.

Features

3. The base is made of space aluminum frame, the observation surface is made of plexiglass, and other materials in contact with water sources are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is durable and does not rust.

4. Test mannequin that meets standard requirements, with adjustable standing angle and adjustable arm swing.

5. The rain shower system adopts a high-precision pump liquid control system.

6. The 25-channel humidity sensor collects signals and is connected to a special testing system to observe the wetness of the sample after being impacted by rain in real time.

7. The water tray adopts an electric transplanting device for quick response.

8. Modular frame design facilitates transportation, moving and installation.

9. Two temperature sensors measure the ambient temperature and the water temperature in the circular bathtub respectively.

10. The electric control box and the main unit are designed in a separate manner to avoid potential safety hazards caused by contact with water.
