It is used to determine the resistance of medical respirator to synthetic blood penetration under different test pressures, and it can also be used to determine the resistance of other coating materials to blood penetration.

Features

1. This instrument is operated by color touch screen, which is easy to understand and equipped with metal buttons. It is sensitive and not easy to be damaged.

2. The sample fixing device with the protruding shape of the test target area can simulate the actual use state of the mask, leave the test target area, do not destroy the sample, and distribute the synthetic blood in the target area of the sample.

3. The special fixed-pressure injection device can eject a certain volume of synthetic blood in a controlled time.

4. The injection speed corresponding to the simulated average blood pressure of human body of 10.6kpa, 16kPa and 21.3kpa can be directly selected for the test, without manual adjustment, and the test is convenient.

5. A fixed target plate is set to block the high-pressure edge part of the injected liquid flow and only allow the steady flow part to be sprayed on the sample, which increases the accuracy and repeatability of the liquid velocity sprayed on the sample.
