Polyamide is widely used in various industries in the textile field. Nylon fabric is usually dyed with acid dye, which has the advantages of complete chromatogram and convenient use. However, most of the dyed fabrics have poor color fastness in wet treatment, which cannot meet the requirement of increasing fastness. Choosing dyes with good color fastness can solve some color fastness problems, but cannot meet the needs of various colors. Therefore, color fixation after dyeing is an important way to improve color fastness of polyamide fiber.

(1)TF 5061 has good compatibility with different ionic acid eventing agents, which can avoid the generation of solid color spots and meet the needs of high-quality processing of various polyamide fabrics. Solid color fixation of the optimization process is: temperature 75 ℃, 20 a 30 min fixation time, baking temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.

(2) acidic fixing agent TF 5061 can significantly improve the color fastness of various kinds of polyamide fabrics, increase the color fastness of washing resistance, seawater resistance, chlorine bleaching resistance of 1-1.5 grade, increase the color fastness of alkali sweat and water stain of 1-2 grade, and reduce the solid color fastness.

(3) the color fastness of polyamide fabric is not only affected by acid dye type, but also by fabric weaving structure and color fixing agent type. The color fastness of polyurethane fabric is worse than that of shuttle fabric and knitted fabric.
