Common power failure
1. Turn on the power, the indicator is not on, and there are reasons for failure caused by no response of the whole machine:
(1) power cut: fuse blown; Air switch trip; Power socket is damaged. Check the above items first, if all are normal, then check the washing machine.
(2) power cord blade imaginary welding or wire break (mostly in the root of the three-pin plug) leads to power cord failure. Check with the multimeter resistance, and replace the three-pin plug or power cord after the circuit break.
(3) fault of dc power supply circuit. Disassemble the cover plate of washing machine, remove the computer plate, detect the power transformer of dc power supply, rectifier secondary pipe, filter capacitance, three-section voltage stabilizer, etc.
2. The indicator light is on, and the washing machine cannot enter some working state Switch on the power supply and set some working conditions. If the motor, the water inlet valve and the drain valve can't work, it means that several two-way SCR of the control load parts are not working. 2. The reason for failure may be:
Poor contact of water level switch or safety switch; Failure of loading parts; Loose connectors or loose soldering of related circuit elements. Check and repair or replace related components. In addition, large fluctuations in the power supply voltage will also cause a sudden stop of the washing machine or sudden changes in the program.
3. Failure of the button on the program board (contact switch) may be caused by:
(1) the button itself has poor contact. Check for repair or replacement.
(2) the corresponding circuit of the program button has a fault. Check the computer board.

Common water intake system failures:
1. No water intake
The washing machine should be checked to see if it has stopped water. Whether the tap is turned on; Whether the water pressure is normal. The cause of the fault may be: (1) abnormal power supply. Check whether the power socket, fuse, power cord, etc. are in good condition, and repair or replace them when there are problems, so as to ensure the power supply line is in good contact.
(2) blockage of filter screen of inlet valve. Disassemble the strainer and clean it up.
(3) water inlet electromagnetic valve is damaged. Test the resistance value of the inlet valve coil with the resistance file of multimeter. It is about 4.3 ohm when normal. If the circuit is damaged, replace with new parts.
(4) two-way thyristor damage with an ac 220V voltage is provided for inlet valve. Replace the two-way thyristor.
(5) the drive transistor which controls the inlet valve towards the thyristor is damaged. Replace the transistor.
(6) water inlet valve is loosely connected. Rewire.
2. The reasons for the fault caused by water inflow are as follows:
(1) the damage of bidirectional thyristor breakdown of the control circuit of the inlet valve causes the water inlet valve to open and lose control. Replace the two-way thyristor.
(2) corrosion inside the inlet valve causes dead valve core or spring break or foreign body, resulting in water inlet valve to close loosely. Repair or replace the water inlet valve.
(3) the hose of the hydraulic transmission system leaks air, the joint falls off, and the transmission sensor fails. Reinstall the hose and connect firmly.
(4) excessive water inflow caused by leakage of drain valve. Repair and troubleshoot water leakage.

Common washing system failures:
1. The reasons for the non-rotation of the wave wheel may be:
(1) the motor does not rotate. The reason that the motor does not turn is the damage of the motor itself. Poor starting capacitance; Computer board control motor rotation related circuit malfunction. Check the reason to exclude.
(2) the loose or cracked belt makes the belt slip. Just change the belt.
(3) loose fastening screw of motor pulley causes the motor to idle. Tighten the fixing screw.
(4) if there is foreign matter under the wave wheel, the wave wheel will be stuck. Remove the wave wheel and clean up the foreign matter.
(5) the hole of the wave wheel is ground; the wave wheel shaft turns but the wave wheel does not. Replace the wheel with the same specification.
(6) the planetary reducer in the clutch is damaged or the tooth of the planetary gear is lost. In this case, had to replace the entire clutch.
2. The fault may be caused by single rotation of wave wheel:
(1) the clutch is out of order and usually the pawl is seriously out of shape. Replace the same size of the pawl or the whole clutch can be removed.
(2) the computer board controls the forward and reverse operation of the motor. One of the two two-way SCR can break through the short circuit, which leads to the normal operation of the control circuit and the one-way operation of the wave wheel. It can be replaced by two-way thyristor.
3. The reason for the fault may be:
(1) the brake belt is seriously worn and the braking effect becomes worse. Replace the brake belt with the same specification.
(2) oil in the casing of the reducer reduces friction. Clean the oil with gasoline.

common faults of drainage system:
1. The fault caused by non-water connection may be:
(1) the drain solenoid valve is damaged. Repair or replace the solenoid valve.
(2) poor rectifying bridge. Replace the rectifier bridge.
(3) there is a fault in the drainage control circuit. Detect and replace transistors and bi-directional thyristor.
(4) clogging of drainage valves or waterways. Clean the drain.
2. The reason for the fault may be:
(1) there is a blockage in the drain pipe or drain valve. Clear clutter.
(2) the connecting rod of the solenoid valve and the rubber valve relaxes, preventing the drainage valve from fully opening. Repair or replace the connecting rod.

Common dehydration system failures:
1. The possible causes of the failure without dehydration are:
(1) the safety switch is not switched on. Check and repair.
(2) poor contact between the wires of the dehydrated circuit. Check and process.
(3) malfunction of program control circuit. Check the computer board.
(4) bad clutch. Repair or replace the clutch.
(5) bearing is short of oil, rust and damage. Repair or replace the bearing.
2. The reason for this fault may be:
(1) the brake belt is seriously worn. Replace the brake strap.
(2) there is oil on the brake belt and the brake drum of the reducer housing. Clean up oil stains.
(3) the brake belt fixation screw is loose. Tighten the retaining screw.

Leakage:
The cause of the fault may be:
1. Leakage at the inlet pipe connection. Improper contact between faucet joint and sealing gasket or fastening screw is not tight, resulting in leakage during washing. Trim the faucet joint, adjust the sealing gasket and tighten the fixing screw.
2. Inlet and drain pipes are cracked. Re-agglutination or replacement.
3. Large and small oil seal wear. Replace oil seals.
4. Poor spring elasticity of drain valve. Replace the spring.
5. Rubber seal of drain valve is worn or cracked. Replace the rubber seal.
6. The container is cracked. Re-glued or replaced.
7. Debris inside the drain valve body. Clear clutter.

Leakage:
Possible causes of the fault may be:
1. The ground wire is not reliable, or no ground wire is installed. Install grounding or replace reliable grounding.
2. The insulation performance of motors, switches and capacitors is reduced due to damp. Dry the damp area with a hair dryer.
3. Connect wires or live parts inside the machine to contact the metal body. Check to eliminate contact phenomenon, wire outer skin is broken, copper wire exposed should be wrapped with insulation cloth, make its insulation.

Noise anomaly:
1. Make "banging" when washing
The cause of the fault may be: the washing machine placed on the ground is not flat or the four bottom feet did not maintain good contact with the ground, resulting in a collision between the washing barrel and the enclosure leading to sound. Check the action of the adjustment washing machine to adjust the foot, so that the washing machine placed stable. If there is no adjustable foot, the washer can be mounted on the foot of the appropriate bump to make it in good contact with the ground.
2. The fault may be caused by the "clacking" of the wave wheel during washing:
(1) the screw of the wave wheel is loose, causing friction between the wave wheel drive and the bottom of the washing machine bucket. Screw screw tester, if the sound is still, remove the wave wheel, put the appropriate thickness of the washer on the bottom of the shaft, increase the gap between the wave wheel and the bottom of the barrel, and the sound can be eliminated.
(2) there is a large gap between the center screw hole of the wave wheel and the rotating shaft due to increased wear. The wave wheel tilts under the pressure of clothes, and it will collide with the bottom of the barrel when rotating. Replace the wheel with the same specification.
3. Crackle when washing

The cause of the fault may be: the clutch pawl and the fork out of the position is not appropriate, try pawl is not in place, ratchet wheel rotation and pawl collision produced noise. Adjust the position of the pawl and fork and the noise will be eliminated.

4. Make abnormal noise when draining water

The cause of the fault may be:
(1) the power supply voltage is too low, which makes the drain solenoid valve lack of suction, and the armature can not absorb and strong vibration, making a noise. In this case, wait for the power supply voltage to return to normal before use.
(2) the armature of drain solenoid valve has too large stroke, which makes the armature fail to close and produce vibration and noise. Check and adjust the armature position.
(3) the magnetic yoke and armature surface rust or accumulated more dirt, so that the armature is not well absorbed, producing vibration and noise. Remove rust or dirt, apply a thin layer of butter, install and restore, the fault can be removed.
5. Produce abnormal sounds when dehydrated
The cause of the fault may be:
(1) the clothes in the bucket are placed in an uneven position, resulting in shaking and collision due to the uneven centrifugal force when the bucket is removed and rotated, resulting in noise. Open the top cover to make the motor stop running, spread the clothes in the barrel evenly, and then dehydrate after closing the cover to be normal.
(2) the hanger rod of the laundry bucket falls off, and the dislocation of the hanger rod spring makes the imbalance of the laundry bucket support produce noise. Check and reinstall. Adjust the supporting system components.
6. The motor clicks when running The fault may be caused by: motor bearing oil or wear, add butter or replace the bearing.

non-heating of water, failure of temperature sensor, automatic heating:
L, temperature sensor failure or climate impact.
2. Water heating tube fault.
Inspection and arrangement method:
1. Check whether the temperature sensor itself is normal at normal temperature.
2. Check whether the water heating tube and the resistance wire resistance are normal; otherwise, replace.
11. The water dispenser is not normal:

Cause analysis:
1. The distributor is stuck in the hose of the solenoid valve.
2. The outlet nozzle of the storage tank is not good.
3. Solenoid valve is blocked or foreign body is blocked.

Washing machine does not show:
Cause analysis:
Improper contact of computer board plug.
