Heat preservation material is the material that guides heat coefficient to be less than or equal to 0.2 commonly, heat preservation material develops very quickly, use good heat preservation technology and material in industry and building often can have the effect that gets twice the result with half the effort.Thermal insulation material with low density, high flexibility, waterproof and other characteristics, can collect excess heat, good random, no cavity, can avoid the negative wind pressure tearing and falling off.The main components of thermal insulation material testing, formula reduction, performance testing, aging test.

Test objects:

Insulation board inspection

Molded board, extruded board, polyurethane board, phenolic board, etc.

Mineral wool products testing

Glass wool, rock wool slag cotton, aluminum silicate cotton, inorganic spraying cotton, etc.

Inspection of air pipe products

Aluminum foil polyurethane composite duct, aluminum foil phenolic composite duct, aluminum foil glass cotton composite duct, glass magnesium duct, etc.

Thermal mortar test

Rubber powder polybenzene granule slurry, inorganic thermal insulation mortar, silicate thermal insulation coating, binder, plaster mortar, etc.

Test items:

Basic physical properties: apparent density, light transmittance, rate haze, yellow index, whiteness, swelling ratio, water content, acid value, specific gravity, hardness, rigidity, density, absorbance, dimensional stability, etc

Mechanical properties: impact performance, tensile performance, bending performance, electrical performance, wear resistance, friction coefficient, low temperature performance, resilience energy, tear performance, creep, tri-synthetic test, vibration, impact, fatigue, stress relaxation, etc

Thermal properties: thermal conductivity, heat transfer coefficient, thermal resistance, moisture permeability, dimensional stability, etc

Environmental reliability: life assessment, aging test (uv, xenon lamp, carbon arc lamp, ozone), salt fog test, oil resistance and other liquid test, high and low temperature impact, high and low temperature cycle, etc
