The electric rubbing color fastness tester is suitable for testing the dry and wet rubbing color fastness of all types of dyed fur, and measuring the dry and wet rubbing color fastness performance of fur. Test principle: Under the specified pressure, rub the dyed fur quilt with a dry or wet cloth, and use the gray sample card to evaluate the staining of the rubbing cloth, so as to judge the color fastness of the dyed fur to dry and wet rubbing. The sample is the whole Cut a piece of fur and test the center part of the entire fur. The length of the rubbed part is 270mm for large fur, 210mm for medium fur, and 150mm for small fur.

7. Standard friction white cloth: 50×50mm, desized, bleached, cotton fabric without fluorescent whitening agent and finishing agent.

experiment procedure:

Method 1. Dry friction

1. Place the sample flat on the friction meter covered with sandpaper, make the length direction of the sample consistent with the direction of movement of the instrument, and fix the sample on the pressure plate. The clamped sample should be flat.

2. Fix the standard white friction cloth on the friction head, clamp it with a spring clip, and gently place the friction head on the sample;

3. It should be ensured that the specimen does not slip or wrinkle during friction;

4. Place the friction head on the sample. Turn on the power and turn on the POWER button. Set the number of tests.

5. Press the START key to start testing. When the number of tests reaches the set value, the instrument automatically stops.

6. Remove the standard friction white cotton cloth and use the color comparison card for comparison and rating.

Method 2. Wet rubbing

1. Completely soak a standard friction white cloth in distilled water;

2. Take it out, clamp it in filter paper and squeeze it to make it have a certain moisture content;

3. The remaining steps are the same as the above dry friction test steps;

Result processing:

1. Before grading, use transparent glue to gently remove the loose fluff on the friction white cloth.

2. Place three layers of unused white friction cloth under the friction white cloth to be evaluated, and evaluate the staining grade of the friction white cloth according to the standard staining gray card.
