The tensile testing machine has many functions and can detect the strength of various materials. When the instrument encounters problems and malfunctions, the following methods can help you.
One. When the tensile testing machine is loaded, the pointer vibrates or stops and starts.
1. The clutch gear is worn: it needs to be repaired or replaced.
2. The leather washer or spring of the friction plate is worn: the leather washer or spring needs to be replaced.
3. Control handle displacement: Adjust the control handle to make it fit well with the tooth socket.
Two. The pointer does not return to zero when replacing the pendulum weight.
1. The tensile testing machine is not installed levelly: use a level to adjust the level of the testing machine.
2. The pendulum is not vertical: only weight A is hung. Adjust the balance weight so that it is vertical.
Three. The pendulum of the tensile testing machine returns too fast or too slow.
1. The buffer valve gear position is improperly placed: adjust the buffer valve to the appropriate position.
2. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low or too high: When the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low, the pendulum returns quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it returns slowly. Hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity should be replaced.
3. There is dirt in the buffer valve, oil pipe or hydraulic oil: clean the buffer valve and oil pipe. Change hydraulic oil.
Four. The pointer of the tensile testing machine returns to zero sluggishly or unstable.
1. The pointer bearings and spindle bearings are rusty or oily: clean or replace the bearings.
2. The gear rod is deformed or the gear rod does not mesh with the gear: straighten the gear rod or clean or trim gears, sheaves and other transmission components.
3. There is dirt in the buffer valve: Clean the buffer valve.
Five. Positive deviation of tensile testing machine indication value.
1. The blade of the short arm blade is loose: tighten the blade tightly.
2. The weight is too light: add weight to the weight (take into account the weight of weights A, B, and C).
Six. The main reason for the negative deviation of the indication value is that the friction resistance between the components is too large.
1. The friction resistance of the pointer bearing, balance shaft bearing and force measuring transmission parts is too large: mainly adjust and clean the bearings and force measuring transmission parts to eliminate abnormal friction resistance.
2. The upper chuck, the tightness of the driven needle spring piece and the friction resistance of the drawing device are large: adjust the upper chuck, the tightness of the driven needle spring piece and the drawing device components to eliminate abnormal friction resistance.
3. The joint between the piston rod and the swing rod is not flexible: adjust the joint between the two. Make it flexible.
Seven. Obstruction or displacement of driven needle.
1. The influence caused by the elastic force of the driven needle spring piece or the friction resistance between the driven needle and the indicating plate: adjust the elastic force of the driven needle spring piece or the gap between the driven needle and the indicating plate.
2. There is a deviation in the weight at both ends of the driven needle: adjust the weight at both ends to make it balanced.
Eight. Irregular deviations in indication values.
1. The gear rod and gear are oily, worn or have burrs: eliminate the oil stain and burrs on the gear rod and gear, find the contact point of the gear rod when the tolerance is out of tolerance, and then correct the gear rod and gear; if the error cannot be eliminated, replace the gear rod ,gear.
2. The installation of the tensile testing machine is not level: adjust the level.
Gear rod bending: straighten or replace the gear rod, and adjust the clearance of the rolling sheave.
Nine. After the computer software is online, a prompt box appears indicating that it is overloaded.
The solution is to check whether the communication line between the computer and the testing machine has fallen off: check whether the online selection sensor is selected correctly; check whether the sensor has been bumped during recent tests or operating the keyboard; check whether the calibration or calibration function of the software was used before the problem occurred; Check whether calibration values, calibration values, or other information in the hardware parameters have been manually changed.
Ten. The main power supply of the testing machine does not light up and cannot move up and down.
The solution is to check whether the power line connected to the testing machine is connected normally; check whether the emergency stop switch is in the screwed-up state; check whether the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown out, please take out the spare fuse. Just install it.
Eleven. The main power supply of the testing machine is powered but the equipment cannot be moved up or down.
The solution is to check whether the equipment cannot be moved after 15S (time), because the host needs to self-check when it is turned on, which takes about 15S; check whether the upper and lower limits are in the appropriate position and have a certain operating space; check the connection to the test machine Is the power supply voltage normal?
