H032 Shoe Material Heat Resistance Tester is to determine the heat resistance property for sole materials(upper, lining and soling materials) during shoes manufacturing process including crimping, embossing, toe and seat flagging, hot blasting etc.

Test Principle

Sample is touched with heat source(constant temperature metal block) under fixed pressure for about 1 minute, after that, visually inspect damage degree of sample surface, such as softening, melting, craze, etc. Determine whether it is qualified or not according to standards.

1. Testing times can be set on the panel, real impact times can be displayed as well.

2. With memory function. When haven’t reached preset testing times, if stop the testing manually, the present testing times will be saved until manually zero the testing times or continue to test. If switch off machine and restart the machine, real test times will be cleaned and presetting times will be the times set last time.

3. Machine stop automatically when test times completed. And counter stop counting.
